What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

Join the Sunday Morning Mindfulness Group in the Library

9:15-10:15 am

Open to anyone including our older youth and teens.

Each meeting  will explore a mindfulness topic and offer awareness exercises  as we face the days ahead
