Looking for a meeting place in Elmhurst? We are happy to offer our space to local groups who wish to hold meetings or events here. Our location is ideal — we are right in the center of Chicagoland with accessibility by car, bus, or rail.
Types of Events. We regularly host musical recitals and rehearsals. We also allow professional groups and support groups to use our conference spaces, and have the space to accommodate parties and social events of up to 200 people. We are experienced in hosting large conference-type meetings and camps, using our classrooms for breakout sessions.
PLEASE NOTE: As a Methodist Church, we require that no alcohol of any kind is ever permitted on the premises including wine or beer, and we do not allow any kind of gambling or games of chance on the premises.
Fees. To offset our costs in maintaining the building we charge reasonable fees depending on the space you need and amount of time you need, your custodial requirements, and the type of group that you are. For large events, planning in advance of six months is necessary to make proper arrangements.
Availability. Of course, availability of space is subject to the church’s schedule of events. A security deposit and a Certificate of Insurance may also be required with your signed contract.
