Maundy Thursday we will gather for a soup supper and remember Jesus gathering with his disciples to praise God for their deliverance from Egypt and to prepare them for God’s act of deliverance through the cross and resurrection.
FUMC together with the Salt Creek Cluster, we will remember Jesus’ sacrifice of love. Rev. Jeffry Bross, the Prairie Central District Superintendent, will be preachinch. Ms. Vickie Tabbert, Board Chair of DuPage PADS, will be speaking about PADS. An offering will be taken to support PADS.
We will gather on the front lawn and kindle the Easter Vigil fire to celebrate Jesus’ resurrection to new life. And process into the sanctuary to worship with music and praise to God for Jesus’ resurrection.
