Thanks to incredible community growth and support, ChristFirst, A United Methodist Congregation is thrilled to announce an exciting new collaboration with Elmhurst Presbyterian Church located at 367 Spring Road in Elmhurst.
📦 Donations Gratefully Accepted
We are ready to accept your gently used items at our new location!
- When: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Where: 367 Spring Road, Elmhurst (Please drive to the back parking lot on the EAST side of the building).
- How: Look for the donation door with the portico above it. Ring the doorbell and a volunteer will greet you!
⚠️ Important Donation Notes: Please only bring donations during the designated days and hours listed above, and do not leave items on the ground outside. We are unable to collect items left after hours.
🛍️ Open to the Public
We will reopen to the public on Thursday, July 2nd at 1pm and our regular shopping hours will be:
- 1st & 2nd Thursday of each month: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- 3rd Saturday of each month: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Please note: There are no evening hours at this time.
About the Community Clothing Center
Since 1970, we have welcomed anyone in need of clothes, shoes, coats, household goods, bedding, toys, and books. All items are 100% free, and there are no residency requirements.
We are staffed entirely by volunteers and stocked solely through the generosity of our community. We deeply appreciate your donations of portable, gently used goods to help us continue this mission!
Volunteers Always Needed
If you would like to serve as a volunteer in the Clothing Center, please notify the ChristFirst Church Office at 630-833-7723. You do not have to be a member of our church. Helping hands are always needed to help sort, fold, and hang clothes.
